6. #6 Open Zipped Folder from Download
7. #7 Drag and Drop BlaineCountyCarMeet.XML File Into The Spooner Folder
8. #8 Launch GTA 5
9. #9 Press F8 While In Game Twice
10. #10 Go To Object Spooner Within The Menyoo Menu
11. #11 Go To Manage Saved Files
12. #12 Go To Drag.XML File Hit Enter & Load Placements
