Black Market Transaction
I designed a drug deal scenario for roleplaying or just exploring.
Installation: Place "deal.xml" in the Gta (main folder) /menyoostuff /spooner directory.
In-Game: Open Menyoo, navigate to spooner/ saved files/ deal/, and load the placement.
Enjoy using it!
Version 1.1 Update: Peds are now hostile and will attack you. The van has been fixed.
