=================== Put the MilitaryBase.xml or MilitaryBase(OPEN).xml to: \Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner When in game press F8 to start menyoo and then go to ObjectSpooner then sellect (manage saved files) and select MilitaryBase.xml or MilitaryBase(OPEN).xml
PS: YOU CANT RUN BOVE AT THE SAME TIME!!!! Enjoy :)
