Hello Place hcp.xml into the root Grand Theft Auto folder. Thank you for downloading this, my first mod! I plan to create more in the future. You will need Map Editor to use this mod. When Map Editor is installed, use: F7 to open >> load map >> xml file >> type hcp Thank you!
