Ballas Mod: 100k Upgrade for RageMP/FiveM

The Ballas area has been enhanced with palm trees and additional foliage. Certain houses have been demolished for a more authentic feel.

Installation

Map installation

1. Unzip the mod files and copy the "Serpentine" folder into the following root directory: mod\update\x64\dlcpacks\
2. Launch OpenIV and enable Edit mode. Navigate to the following path: mod\update\update.rpf\common\data. Locate the "dlclist.xml" file, right-click it, and select "edit". Add the following code snippet into the list: dlcpacks:/Serpentine/
