The scene depicts a luxurious car meet that has been completely blockaded by the Ballas Gang at all entrances and exits.
NOTE: All main characters (Trevor, Michael, and Franklin) along with their associates are present at the car meet. If possible, change your character model. However, enjoy regardless!
