Automotive Celebration

This experience features over 50 pedestrians, more than 10 cars, and a concert. You can also find a start line for driving.

Installation:

1. Download Map Editor.
2. Drag and drop the .xml file into your GTA V directory folder.

In-game:

Press F7 to open Map Editor > Load Maps > Xml > carfestival.
