To install the XML file, copy it inside the Sponner pass of Menyoo or in a place of your preference in the root folder to open it with Map Editor.

To install the YMAP file, copy the custom maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/ citye/maps/custom maps.rpf file.

This map features a car shop with a workshop on the second floor and a mini car wash underneath.
