Amusement Park Ride Malfunction
Place the "roller down" file into your GTA 5 directory. Launch GTA 5, then open the map editor. Load the map and then select the "roller down" file.
This depicts an incident at the Pier where a roller coaster unexpectedly malfunctions during operation.
