Alpine Retreat: [Menyoo]

This mod adds a secluded house nestled in the mountains near the ocean. To access it, simply load the file in MENYOO.

If some props fail to load, your game directory might need updating or there could be a glitch by Rockstar.

Installation Instructions:

1. Open the archive.
2. Extract the file to your gamedirectory/menyoostuff/spooner/.
3. Launch the game and open the menyoo mod. You'll find the file under the "manage saved file" option in the mod.

Troubleshooting:

If some objects are missing, please update your GTA 5 to the latest DLC. Restarting the game or lowering texture quality might also help.

You don't need to search for the location on the map; loading the file will automatically place you at the house.

Avoid visiting this location during rainy weather if you aren't using a weather mod, as it could detract from the experience. Think of this house as your tranquil getaway from the world.

The vehicles have been modded, and Winky has been modified to handle challenging terrains.
